A Dress & A Skirt:: Did it Work?
$50 can go a long way in fashion if you are a smart bargain shopper. Many times I've stated before, "Fashion is what you buy, style is what you do with it."
This unique outfit is a combination of a dress and a skirt. Yes. If you check my previous blog posts, you will notice that I love to create other forms of fashion from a plethora of other articles of clothing. That's called, style.
Yes, this is a dress. Who knew?
Thrift stores can be your best friend if you actually take the
time to look through the many racks of clothing. Yes, it's very time consuming
but would you rather spend $500 or $50 on an outfit that gives you the same
confidence when you walk out the door? I personally like to get the best for my
buck, and spending money on overly expensive name brand clothing isn't my
forte. Sorry.
I picked my red/gold peep toe booties to accentuate the black
& white stripes and luckily found in my closet the perfect red/gold bag to
complete the look. :-) How creative can you get with your looks? I want to see!
Tag #obsessforless so I can see just how creative you can be!
Sincerely,
Brittney S. Carter
